We offer hourly rental rates at our historic Mount Joy property for our main barn and secondary barn which can accommodate up to 300 guests. Plenty of on site parking and a beautiful rural setting make Melhorn Manor the ideal site for a memorable event!





Hourly Rental
(Main Barn only): Weekday**

(Mon-Thurs.; between: 8:00 am and 10:00 pm) $300/hour

Hourly Rental
(Main Barn only): Weekend/Holiday**

(Fri-Sun or Holiday; between: 8:00 am and 10:00 pm) $1,000/hour

Hourly Rental
(Secondary Barn only): Weekday**

(Mon-Thurs.; between: 8:00 am and 10:00 pm) $100/hour

Hourly Rental
(Secondary Barn only): Weekend/Holiday**

(Fri-Sun or Holiday; between: 8:00 am and 10:00 pm) $300/hour

Discounted rates are available for repeated weekly events / classes.

** Events booked as Hourly Rentals can only be reserved for weekend dates within six (6) months of the requested date and can only be booked on non-wedding dates at the venue property. Events booked as Hourly Rentals may be booked at either the Main Barn or the Secondary Barn and will have a maximum daily rate equal to the applicable Daily Rate.
